What kind of Armenian cognac have you had? He always brings some 12 yo and 15 yo Arirat (sp?). Damn good stuff.

About 20 years ago I spent a summer over there on an exchange program. I don't remember what all we drank or how much (but it was a lot.) The people that I stayed with sent me home with a bottle that I still have. What a glorious summer...

That Thomas Handy is pretty damn special. While almost blasphemy, in a Manhattan (with good vermouth and brandied cherries) it really shines.
