Dumplings are common among Asian cuisines. I used to eat them in Korea all the time. They are known mandu in Korea. At just about any Chinese restaurant you can find pot stickers, either fried or steamed.

Ever since Hunan got boomed in a bad way by DHH a few years ago, I've pretty much stayed away from there...But, it looks like they've taken care of their nastiness, and if Jeffrey would put my pic on his wall of fame I might have a change of heart.

Thank you for the link. The two times I've had food poisoning were from Hunan and Duang Tawan and now I know why.

Kotos pan fried dumplings are the best imo.
