Glutinous black rice is SO good

Saw a big bag on the shelf at the Hong Kong Market... thought I'd give it a try. Good move that was.
Sometimes I cook it in chicken broth instead of water... so chewy and so great. Better flavor than brown rice, which I thought was the cat's meow of rice until I discovered this.
Will try Sticky Black Rice Pudding with coconut milk next. Lucky me.

I use glutinous rice to make rice balls by hand dipped in fish sauce with roast pork, cilantro, Thai chiles, garlic, and lime juice.
Or when cooking add a touch of sugar, top with coconut milk, and a bit of a sweetened egg custard over the top. (I don't make it a pudding, I keep it in a sticky compacted rice form).
Lastly, you can cook it through with a touch of sugar again, take a fresh banana and surround like sushi almost, and steak until the banana softens.

You sound absolutely disgusting eating that crap, and your bathroom must be atrocious.
I think you're probably really unhealthy, have hypertension, are pre diabetic, and hopefully at risk for a stroke.
