Give me some pan seared fish recs please

Trying to eat less beef and pork and supplementing my diet with more turkey and fish(I eat plenty of chicken
). I did a pan seared Salmon with lemon garlic butter sauce, it was delicious and very easy to make.

Pan searing is best done with very dry fish, meaning dry the outside flesh before searing to get a crispy finish.
Once seared, your toppings are endless.
Chimichurri and picatta are my favorites.
