Gift ideas for someone who bakes a lot

Got my parents a joint gift this year but the closer Christmas gets the more I feel dad will appreciate it more than mom, so I'm looking to pick up something she will be able to use.
She has more or less started a side business baking cakes and does several a week. Works with both fondant and icing. She recently got a commercial mixer with lots of attachments so that's out. I already picked up an icing pen, as she has been doing the bag thing mostly, but it was pretty cheap so I wouldn't mind grabbing another gadget or two. For those that bake a lot, what would be that thing that you got that made it easier?

A cake turntable is nice....like a rotating lazy Susan useful when decorating.
A gift certificate to King Arthur Flour, where she can buy anything from colored sugar to flour to tools and equipment, or a gift certificate to a local restaurant supply store or Sur La Table, which has a decent selection of baking tools.
Without knowing what she already has in the way of tools/ hard to make specific suggestions.
Stuff I'd love, baking wise: a selection of Nielsen Massey vanilla and other flavored extracts, whole nutmegs and a micro plane nutmeg grater, whole vanilla beans, pearl sugar and coarse sparkling sugar, precut parchment rounds to fit standard baking pans......

Yeah, makes sense. I was hoping there would be some hot new product that has revolutionized baking as we know it.

The Beater Blade for a stand mixer is pretty dang awesome....but you'd need to make/model of her mixer. It's a beater w silicone flange that scrapes the bowl as it beats.
