That is a good dip.

I also have never made it for gameday, but it seems to fit... a Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese is delicious.

Also, updated my queso recipe. You need the big block of Velveeta, think I put the wrong amount previously.

My staple is my queso, which I think is quite good: 1 lb. breakfast sausage, hot if you like it spicy (ground beef is for n00bs) 1 Big Block of Velveeta 1 lb. Monterrey Jack or Cheddar Jack cheese 10 oz. Cracker Barrel Extra Sharp Cheddar 2 gloves of garlic, minced 3 cans of Rotel, hot or mild depending on how spicy you like it.

I made this yesterday for the game. Everyone liked it very much, so take my comment for what its worth. IT was very "cheddary" almost to much cheddar taste for me.

Maybe not using the monterrey jack or adding cream of mushroom or chicken would make it a different style of dip. Will play with the recipe.

I guess its just what you like. Adding canned chile sounds like a great idea though.

How did these turn out? They sound delicious!
I picked up some jalapenos stuffed with cream cheese, spinach and artichoke then wrapped with bacon from Bergeron's. We were going to grill them, but with the weather just baked them. YUM!!
