Louisiana Dish Fry brand cobbler mix. You mix it with some milk and melted butter. Add a can of fruit to it and bake. It’s basic, simple and decent. Good for how long in the fridge? 10 days? 2 weeks? As long as you don’t see anything growing in it? How long would you think it would be safe?

For the record, it’s gone. Not good enough to eat if there’s even a hint of a question about if it’s still good.

I usually leave fruit cobbler out over night. Hardly ever lasts more than two days in my house though. I guess fridge should keep it for atleast a week and a half

Good in the fridge for a week, but the pastry will suffer. Good on the countertop for several days...sugar is a good preservative. It doesn’t contain eggs or animal muscle protein, so the shelf life is much longer than non baked savory dishes.
