My current work for the great State of Louisiana is not enough to pay two mortgages at this time. Our ultimate goals include not renting the house and using it part of the year, selling the house and buying a condo at the beach, or selling the house and buying a 42 foot Hatteras (my idea)

Since I should now have a say so about "our place", I would prefer the condo at the beach. I'm not into boat living.
