I have to say, Flay's tacos sound a lot more appealing.

We can do some grilled fish, some fried...I like the idea of the fried shell with the fish inside...that should really crisp up the fish...all served with a good slaw and an assortment of salsas and condiments.Should be different and alot of fun.Gonna have to do some testing soon...I just gained a pound typing this.
