First crawfish boil last weekend, this weekend just to pick and save

My first boil of the season for the family was last weekend and we did a number on them with little left to pick through and save------enough for a pot of After The Boil Soup and that's it.
I'll do another one this weekend to just pick to use the tail meat later for bisque, pies, fettuccini, bread and the occasional omelet on Sunday morning.
