yea i drove by the other day and they have definitely been doing work on it. is there enough room for a kitchen?

Oh yeah.
There was a kitchen before. That back room had a full range, salamander, flat top, and fryers.
Stopped cooking bc fire suppression system was outdated and they didn't want to replace it.
