I don't remember this in past years. I rarely look under the cap though.

It is actually a good thing for a couple of days. They will help out Mrs. LST and you will get some sleep.

Did the offer you put in last week go anywhere?
was supposed to get a reply Friday. Never came so we're lookin at Monday. I'm assuming if it was an outright "no" that we would've heard by now. Looking forward to the haggle.

Always welcome. There are epic poems written about him.

TBD is a Surly Abrasive while hiding out in my bedroom. It is pretty good.

Nothing like a good haggling. That's why I enjoy the farmer's market.

TBD:Real Ale Coffee Porter

Nice beer. Letting it warm a bit.

Hopefully all these beers help me deal with this calf strain. Heard an audible pop when I tried to take off. Doctor tomorrow most likely unless I can put weight on it in the AM.

Yeah. Hopefully we'll be in a home soon. Want to get out of this doublewide before hurricane season.

Not bad BugAC. Aside from your political views you seem like a decent person.

Hard finding something in the Pville area right now. They are building some new stuff west of airline, basically across from CC's at the back of that office park. Haven't looked much, but it may be an option when we move.

I thought you liked your location too much to move?

The home on cove ct and the home on charleston both sold before my wife had a chance to view them.

We put an offer on a home off old perkins.

We do like it, probably looking to upgrade a little in the next year or so. Wife is back in college so it is a balancing act of how to do all of this. Luckily she isn't pregnant...yet.

If we could start over from the slab up and build the house we want I would never leave this location. The inlaws have prime real estate on C Braud, too bad their house is nothing I would want.

My brother lived off old Perkins, Old Perkins Place. Why he moved out I have no idea. We do have some friends that are moving off Charleston in the next 6 months or so, they are getting their house ready to sell right now. Their family has gotten to big.
