Only beer Trillium makes where the hops aren’t named. The website just says Galaxy and ???. I think it’s kinda funny and arbitrary that this beer is given different treatment, but it’s good regardless. It is supposedly the hoppiest beer in the lineup, I’ve heard something like 8lbs/barrel, but I’m not sure how true that is. I just get a frick ton of cantaloupe and tropical fruits. In Parish parlance it’s reminiscent of Dole fruit cups consumed wistfully in front of your favorite episode of Power Rangers with aromatics of Caribbean Colada Little Trees air fresheners that are 5/8s removed from the plastic.
