Hi - I am curious what is everyone's favorite butcher, meat market or farmer who sells fresh cuts of beef/pork/chicken/sausage. I live in NOLA and have been getting into smoking, but am interested to hear recommendations on the favorite spots.

Paulina meat market here in Chicago. Super old school. Expensive but great stuff.

rudolph's in Dallas. Great cuts of meat and the sausages are phenomenal.
