It would not be an issue if our farmers would not have priced themselves out of the market. They got greedy and caused unjust panic.They spilled half truths about how unsafe it was to eat to save their own arse. Sysco and other distributors push this product to every restaurant around and all you have to do is call it fish. These restaurant owners are idiots if they did not know better than to sell this as catfish.There ignorance is why their restaurants suck.
