The egg roll wrappers at Tan Dinh are insanely awesome. Does anyone know where to find/make them?

Just finished lunch there. I think it is a batter and not necessarily a wrapper, but could be wrong

The cha gio at Tan Dinh are made with rice paper wrappers (not the usual wheat wrapper found on chinese rolls or some of the viet spring rolls around NOLA). Here's an excellent blog post showing the two different wrappers, with some detailed tips on frying rice paper wrappers: LINK

Love the price, too.
