Easy recipe for shrimp stew, do you know one?

I have a lot of boiled shrimp left over and I want to make a stew. Preferably for about 4 people.

Easy, make a shrimp gumbo like you normally would cept put more roux and less water/stock.

Since your shrimp are already boiled watch the seasoning, also your gravy needs to be thick as a stew should be.If you are going to use fresh shrimp the gravy needs to be a little thicker because the shrimp have alot of water in them.I recommend using LeBlanc's Creole Seasoning you can get it at all the Payless stores around Gonzales.It's a product of 2002 World Champion Jambalaya Cook Kim LeBlanc.
