Found this old article saying it was coming in 2015
I wonder what happened.

Acadiana is getting another fun, family-friendly business as Premier Lanes Entertainment Center will be opening a Broussard location in 2015.
The Louisiana based business will feature 32 state-of-the-art bowling lanes (which includes a VIP lounge with eight lanes), bumper cars, lazer maze, redemption game area, a cafe & sports bar and more.
The company is planning to build the location next to La Quinta Inn in Broussard near Hwy 90.
Premier Lanes Entertainment Center is based out of Gonzales with only one location thus far. However, in addition to the Broussard location, they are also adding a location in Oxford, Mississippi.

Yeah, it may have said 2015. I am not sure that is needed. I would rather some decent casual restaurants.

I think it's worth checking out. I've had it quite a few times. It's definitely different than a classic hole-in-the-wall BBQ joint, but I think the quality of their food is up there.

I've eaten there several times when I was in the area for my previous job. Very good food
