Dry Aging Bags
Has anyone tried these? I just bought a ribeye rack and want to try this.

A big part of dry aging is circulating air. From an initial science standpoint, I cannot see how the bags would work. That being said, I have not researched the bags so I don’t know.

I need to see a side by side comparison of dry aged and bagged. If there’s not a YouTube video out there, there will be soon enough.

I did a ribeye rack a couple years ago. They work just fine. I went 90 days although next time I do it I'll stop at 60. Also if you lose the vacuum seal don't worry it will be fine.
Good luck and keep us posted.
