I went there Saturday night. Really like the set up. It's cozy and inviting. Lots of dark wood, low lighting. No smoking is huge.

Right now, there's one wall of taps, which makes it extremely easy to look at and find out what you want.

I think I counted 72 taps right now. There should be another 30 or so coming in a few weeks. Nice selection right now, though more IPAs are needed. I had a Founders Breakfast Stout, Green Flash West Coast IPA, and Lagunitas Imperial Red.

I recognized the girl behind the bar because she used to work at Bulldog. She knew her beer, so that was good. I asked her about getting them set up on BeerMenus.com and she said she wanted to do that, and would likely be the person to do it.

I hope this place makes it. There wasn't much of a crowd Saturday night (about 6:30-8:30), but it was storming, so downtown was a ghost town in general. I'll go back for sure.

Hmmm.

This is interesting. Bulldog has only employed like 6 of us females. I wonder who this is.

And she knew beer? Blonde?

This is good to know. I was afraid it would be very "downtown".. open, bright, fresh paint smell, etc.

No, brunette. Short. Bubbly personality. Think she may have worked at Chimes at some point as well.

Ah. She was at Brickyard South last I knew. And I know she's still at Bulldog Girl is putting in work!

I'll have to check out Draft House at some point. Looks like it is better than I anticipated.

I know who you are talking about. Funny enough, she remembered me from Bulldog. Which kind of shocked me.

I've only been to DHBR once. But I enjoyed myself. Pleasantly surprised that they had Goose Island Matilda by the bottle.

I wasn't expecting much, and was pleasantly surprised with how much I enjoyed the whole place. Taplist was on par with Chimes Highland. She asked the first time whether I wanted chilled or room temp glass, then didn't have to ask after that. 13 ounce snifters and shaker pints, depending on the beer.
