I have an update to this. I was walking from bulldog to balcony and I saw some dudes doing work iinquired. They said dime dude that owns a daquiri place in the quarter is from NYC and is opening a pizza place. He named a place in NYC with an "f" (I'm drunk eat my arse) and was importing a pizza oven from NYC and it would bethe only one outside of NYC. Take it for what you will, it's not besh though.
