With that said, I actually love nothing more than cold leftover fried fish (Obviously, fried chicken is popular cold too).
When was I kid, my pawpaw would make sandwiches of them for breakfast on fishing trip mornings—just white bread, mustard, and the fish (and onion on his). Good memories.
