I generally don't like chicken unless it's buried in lots of seasonings, smoked or fried and even fried, I eat mostly the crust and wings. Whole wings. I love wings, but not the cut up wings. I want the whole thing, wing tip and all. Wing tips are so crispy crunchy. Chicken otherwise tastes like cardboard. I like turkey.

I was more going towards chicken fingers. I'm generally a fan of things that can be eaten easily and can be dipped in stuff. Or on sticks. On sticks and dipped in stuff.

You should give chicken thighs another try though. Dark meat is wonderful!

Chicken thighs are okay, but I don't have a love for them like many folks. I'm just not a chicken lover, though I'll fix it more often than one would expect. I usually leave some chicken in the bottom of the gumbo bowl even. I'd rather eat the sausage, but at least the chicken soaks up the gumbo flavor.

Love turkey though. It has flavor.
