I fed my kids veggies/salad/weird foods since introduction as toddlers. Now as adults all of my kids eat Mediterranean/sushi/roasted veggies etc. Think vegetarian or hippies- their kids never eat a chicken nuggets/pizza/burgers so I didn't give my kids that either (very seldom).
