adding Parrains
Assuming your 9mo sits up in the high chair... my kid is 1 year and 1 month. I judge a lot of places now by their high chairs
In my BR, chimes on campus are my favorites so far. Don Joses has good high chairs if i remember correctly as well as Parrains
