I'm a fan of all 3, but Gino's if I had to pick one to answer your questions.

I've not been to Panetta's but Gino's and DiGiulio's are personal favorites (as far as Baton Rouge goes). But I also agree with other posters that Nino's should be in the conversation, particularly if you're looking for something a bit more authentic in terms of Italian fare. Good read on the chef here:
