My bad. Meant to type 12, which is what I use. They can vary though.

It's the number you multiply times your weight to get the amount of calories you body uses to function in a day.

Good point. I weigh myself every day on the same scale at the gym. It's always between 149 and 151. When it's over 152 it's after I had something with high sodium. The culprit is usually my Shrimp Pasta Salad.

I'm gonna try to get a lower salt dressing for it.
