well....had it on my brain for a while now.....
met up with Geaux1 and had a little lunch at Dempseys....
Cup (chick/saus) and a half (french dip)
Winner, as usual!
Gug, I decided to work on my french dip with a fork and knife today....saving u a bundle in napkins! Thats the way to go! Gonna have one of ur pretty waitresses bring it to me on a plate next time...so I dont eat a page of paper!

Today when I met up with boss, I saw a buddy of mine's dad I had told about the place when we watched LSU ARk game. I said you decided to come try the place out? His responce "son I have been here three time since you told me about" He also said he spoke to the owner this morning about the roux, was that you?
Boss next one is on me!
