I agree, Missy. I was not an "BS" fan a long time ago. Prepared properly, they're delicious. Now, I want the recipe for the BS slaw salad at Domenica. It was light and crispy. Had almonds, also.

Thank you for posting this recipe!

I made it last night and it was a huge hit. I usually make adjustments to recipes, but I followed this one and it was outstanding. I'm eating the leftovers for lunch. Delicious

I googled Momofuku Brussels sprouts and found the original recipe posted on epicurious plus some adaptations and links to the cookbook. Now I want the cookbook. I love Japanese food.
