Curious about Autonomy bakery/Jeff Talbot

Had lunch today at Ancora (delicious as usual).....which made me wonder where chef Jeff Talbot was cooking these days (he opened Ancora w Adolfo Garcia’s backing, but they ultimately parted ways). A quick google revealed he was involved w Autonomy bakery and cafe in Covington, but it appears to have closed earlier this summer. Anyone got any info?
