Crock pot for Christmas - need recipes

I've made chili, roast, sheddered beef for poboys, red sauce, beans, and cocktail meatballs in my. Love it.

1 lb sausage, 1 lb red beans, 1 container guidrys trinity mix, cover with chicken broth, set that sucker on low and let it cook.

5 lb pork shoulder or butt, 3 onions sliced thin, cover with ginger ale and cook on low 10 hours. Drain ginger ale out and debone and pull pork apart with a couple of forks or meat claws. Put onions and pork back in the pot and stir in one big bottle of sweet baby rays bbq sauce and cook on low for another 3-4 hours. I like putting it on kings Hawaiian sweet rolls or buns. It's also really good on nachos. My go to crock pot recipe.
