If you are who I think you are, I used to live right behind your dads house when we growing up, we would fish at your house and jump on trampoline at mine??????

Rouses sells it in the little clear quart containers, somwtimes its in produce and sometimes its by the fish fry. It's actually Indian Girl Cream Meal packed into a container. They sell it that way because not many people have a use for a 25lb sack of cream meal, which is the only way it comes.

OP, one other thing..... put your batter in the freezer for an hour or 2 and get that nice and cold as well.

I get it from targil in opleaous, they are a wholesale supplier of seasoixnings and such, not sure but I think they also sell to individuals, they will break it down to 4 pound increments

I am sure you could also ask your local grocer and they could help you out, but we really like it,texture is between corn meal and Corn flour, great for catfish, if frying specks I use corn flour
