from what I understand is that he changed back to his old menu like a week later.
Most confusing part of that episode was Ramseys Gumbo comment. It was super thick.. Like stew. But the comment was that it was watery?
Made no sense to 86 gumbo and jambalaya off the menu though for what he was trying to serve.

My wife and I watched the episode 2x last night. Its just great. I have watched every kitchen nightmare even the british ones and not once have I ever seen anything quite like that.

that was awesome. I just looked at their FB page and they are claiming that their page was hacked into and they are talking with the FBI. They are in full damage control mode right now. I really can't see how you can survive after having so much bad publicity
