Does anyone know who has live crawfish in or around baton Rouge right now?
My brother planned a huge boil today and hasn't gotten the crawfish yet.
I just called Tony's...They're $2.19lb and they're only selling until noon.

We went out to eat at a local crawfish restaurant last night, and we paid $25.99 for a 5 lb order. That's 5.20 per lb boiled.
High price, for sure, but they were very good, and most of them were large.

Prices are going to fluctuate from one market to the next even though all farmers are getting paid the same. That's what I tried telling people in the thread about the New Orleans market.

Tony's and CCC are at $2.10-2.20/lb. Kinda steep for mid May

I'm going to call Hope at Renos. Not a bad drive if you can save $15-20/sack
