Crawfish/ Lobster Roll?

So yesterday I boiled crawfish and looking for some things to do that I normally would not make with leftovers. I tried my hand at a classic lobster roll recipe but using crawfish. I found a place called Luke’s in New England area that Martha Stuart covered in one of her old episodes. I used the recipe that she provided.

Was real good but of course I had to modify it slightly. Not perfect but a good start.

Does anyone have a recipe for a crawfish roll?
