cottonseed oil vs. peanut oil?

gonna fry a few turkeys next week have always used peanut oil but a couple people suggested cottonseed oil...whats the board say?

SAM's sells a CLEAR oil.. great price..burning point is 375-400 I Think..I have used it many times.

yep hog lard for a couple or three, peanut or the clear from Sams if more just monitor the temp closely with the lard. There is a great difference in hog lard,it makes it so much better. Don't think though you can filter and save it like peanut, it will go rancid.
