Well, I guess I'm just one of this sites designated "Poor's" because no way in hell I'm spending that much on that size hunk of meat. That works out to just over $74 a lb., so count me out.
I grilled a couple Prime N.Y. Strips for the wife and I three nights ago and that was more than good enough to satisfy our beef craving.
