Costco Has A Cheaper Version Of Starbucks' Egg Bites

stole the title from the link. I'll have to go grab some of these and check them out.
Also, bonus for ketchup use.
"We love Costco, because they're always carrying quality products with a price point we can appreciate! Foodbeast reports that the chain is now carrying egg bites that are comparable to the Sous Vide Egg Bites at Starbucks — at a much cheaper price!
The Three Bridges Cheese & Uncured Bacon Egg Bites are gluten-free, low in sugar, and high in protein. The bites come in packages of two, and after you zap them for 60 seconds in the microwave, they're ready to eat!
According to Foodbeast, two egg bites at Starbucks costs $4.45, while a pack of 8 Three Bridges bites from Costco are around $9.79. How similar are they really, though?
Apparently, pretty similar. They have the same "fluffy airiness," Foodbeast notes, but the Three Bridges bites have a stronger cheese flavor (which could be due to different cheese being used — Three Bridges uses cheddar instead of gruyere).
The nice thing about having egg bites at home is that you can be more creative with how you eat them! Three Bridges' website has some recommendations: "Hot sauce or ketchup, avocado and toast, OJ or coffee." The site includes some photos for inspiration."
sauce link <-- no available nationwide yet

I like to make homemade egg bites and they last the entire week.

You can make those really easily in a muffin pan.

We used to do the muffin pan thing, but we got fricking sick of cleaning the muffin pans.
Now I just make a quick frittata (tell the kids it's an egg pizza), slice into ~8 slices. Much easier cleanup.
