Depends on what size pot you’re cooking. Pork first (I don’t take out and set aside), then onions as they take off all of the good browning stuck to the pot, then sausage. If sausage is smoked well, you won’t need to brown much or at all. I do throw in a can of rotel with my onions. I also put green onions in as the rice starts sticking to the spoon.
