I need some recommendations for a good cookbook with regular use recipes but also something that would be ok to be displayed. We have a decorative stand that needs a book. I’m leaning more to a Cajun cookbook.

I bought John Folses Encyclopedia of Cajun Cooking not realizing it was the size of a small car. Bought it online and never thought to check dimensions of it.

The Mosquito Supper Club book looks pretty good but wasn’t sure if anyone else had a recommendation.
