I just purchased a steel griddle to place over my double burner, and cook hibachi and whatever else. I've. Even searching for a book to learn more about recipes and care for the griddle. I found a few different books on amazon(Mexican,Japanese Habachi, regular griddle recipes) that looked good. What do y'all think?

It's just regular cooking. Which one did you get?

Smash burgers
Philly cheesesteaks
Breakfast
etc.

Does it have a grease trap? Careful with bacon as it produces a ton of grease.

I didn't buy a book yet. I'm thinking about buying the Japanese Hibachi book, because I feel confident in cooking the regular stuff. Don't know much about Japanese Hibachi, so I want to expand my knowledge in that area. It does have a grease trap.
