Need one lunch and one dinner recommendation. Will have kids so something fairly casual. Cold beer is a plus.

It may be cliché and you could do better , but take the kids to the Dixie Chicken for lunch, let them see the bottle cap alley and you can have a cold beer. For dinner I would recommend The Republic , I don’t know how old your kids are though, back up would be Casa Mangiare

Appreciate it! A friend of mine also recommended Dixie Chicken, so I’ll put it on the list.

I’ll be at The Republic on Friday. Never had a bad meal in 5-1/2 years. High end steakhouse, probably not for youngsters.

Harvey Washbangers, especially if the weather is good for sitting outside, makes some tasty burgers and hot dogs and has a nice variety of cold beers.

We've been during/after softball tournaments, so definitely good for kids.
