The Tostada Burger there made my top 3 all time.
-Layer of refried beans with smashed tortilla chips
-4 oz. large flat pattie - but very juicy ('burger was actually very sloppy b/c of this)
-gilled onions
-some of their own salsa - could hardly taste though
-a jack load of melted shredded cheddar
Was available with an 8 oz. pattie, but i'm glad i didn't get it. I could hardly breathe when I left as it was. Doesn't sound like it would all go together and so I was a little skeptical at first, but Damn! it was a good burger. Keep it in mind if you're ever around San Antone.

Damn that sounds good. I'm a big fan of unique Burgers like this, so I'll have to try it out when I'm in SA.
