Go to Foo Chow in Walker - far better than anything you'll find in BR.

There aren't good Chinese buffets in BR anymore. There's a great Thai buffet on Florida called Thai Pepper, but the buffet is only open during lunch, and it's closed on Sundays.
Kaminari is a buffet, but it's mostly sushi and the Chinese offerings aren't particularly good. The hibachi is pretty decent, though, especially at night.
