Chicago Lunch and Drinks Recs

Need a casual lunch spot with drinks in Chicago. We have early dinner reservations at Girl and the Goat for 5 pm, so we're not looking for anything too heavy. Any suggestions?

Do you prefer to stay close to The Loop? Are you open to any neighborhoods?
ETA: I don't have much time to outline a whole lot, but...
River North / The Loop: Purple Pig, The Gage, Monk's, Revival Food Hall, Wells St. Market
Neighborhoods: Pequod's (Lincoln Park), J.P. Graziano (West Loop), Bari or Vinnie's Sub Shop (West Town), Big Star (Wicker), DryHop or Corridor (Lakeview), Lula Cafe (Logan Square)

Ideally, yes. But, we're open to going to other neighborhoods. We're staying at the Loews.
