Does having the package make the transaction any easier? I went once many years ago and recall signing receipts for drinks. Do you get to skip that if you have a package pass?

When I went everything was on the room key card. They didn't have the drink package then that I am aware of. If you were being charged for something they would swipe your room card like a credit card. That was it, just took a second and nothing to sign. With the soda card you just showed it to them.
I don't know about the drink card but I'm sure they have to swipe it if they are able to cut you off after 15 drinks that contain alcohol. Otherwise you could just switch bars and keep drinking.
