Does anyone have a good recipe/snack mix for something that resembles this:

I've got a couple of huge, 6lb pecan halves harvested from the fall and would like to use them for something. I think a spicy cajun mix would be perfect for snacking.

I know this does not answer your question but this is what I have been getting at Costco the last few months and I love it. Not the spice but the contents are similair

I don't have a recipe, but when I make trail mix, I usually have sweet stuff mixed in with the salty (but when I was making a lot of it, it was for my son's hockey team back in the day). I recently made some for a road trip he was taking, but upgraded the raisins to dried cranberries, and added cashews & pistachios to the nut mix.

M&Ms, dried cranberries, peanuts, pistachios, cashews, sesame sticks & cheese sticks. (I bought a prepackaged sesame/cheese stick mix, that probably also had other things in it.)

Cajun seasoned pecans would be delicious.
