My father-in-law mentioned a New Years Day cabbage dish that is Cajun, but he couldn't remember the name of it. I looked through all my cookbooks and I couldn't find a name for it either. It's a French name, but I haven't had any luck finding out the name. Anyone got any ideas on what the name of this might be?

That's it! Now I just need to find a recipe or something. He butchered the name...and had no clue as to how it was cooked.

Thanks!
