In Denham Springs
Been many times, and I've always liked it.
We went tonight and for the first time, I got the pork chops.
I can't explain how good these things were. I've gotten their 'famous cajun smoked ribeye' which is always excellent, and I'm thinking they do the chops similar.
Over an inch thick and one took up half the plate. Grilled to perfection, with just a touch of pink near fat closes to the bone. Deep smoked flavor and seared grill lines that locked the juices in on both sides. Dusted with some fresh cracked black and white pepper, and served with homemade garlic bread. (which they used for croutons on the salads)
Anyway just thought I'd share. If you're ever on the main drag in D.S. Check them out!

It's worth a shot, what do you have to lose?

Never said it was a 5 star establishment.
It's just a local down home place. Somebody must like them, they sure are busy all the time.
