Why is it that if a customer wants extra anything from any other business,more service on a phone,faster computer,different options on a car,no problem. If it happens at a restaurant,the owner is an a-hole! Just to let you know,if a restaurant does everything right,after paying,food rent,labor,insurance,advertizing,gas,electric,water,building and equipment maintenance and theft,your profit should be around ten to fifteen percent. That is why they need to charge you for things you want above and beyond what you paid for.
